Our client, a well-established investment firm in Limassol, is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with customer service, marketing staff and operations.
• Helping with budgeting and forecasting.
• Being in command of campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis.
• High command of Excel, follow up on conversion rate and traffic.
• Preparing all essential inhouse reports
• Putting focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
• Following up on every issue
• Any ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a Customer Relationship Management role.
• Fully fluent in English.
• Ability to set up creative promotions with demonstrable experience.
• Can work independently, take responsibility, and show initiative.
• A keen understanding of the principles of Customer Relationship Management.
• Experience in reporting promotional performance.
• Possess strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Identify improvements in online communication.
