Main responsibilities:

• Internal control of the company’s payment system
• Processing and Monitoring deposit failures and Resolving any PSP errors maximizing the deposit approval rate
• Ensuring that Fraud transactions are investigated and resolved, following procedures to minimize them
• Processing Payments through online banking systems of Banks and PSPs
• Organization and Coordination with other Departments
• Ensuring that Payment Gateways are active and working properly
• Forwarding financial matters and requests to the Head of Department

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field will be considered as an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and procedures
• Knowledge of Forex Industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent Command of the English Language is a must
• The right candidate should have excellent analytical skills
• Computer literate and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• The successful candidate should be able to work on afternoon shifts 12:00 – 21:00, 14:00 –23:00
