Overall Purpose of Role:

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Affiliate Marketing Manager to assist in developing and scaling our affiliate program. 

 Responsibilities:

• Expanding the business through seeking and developing new partnerships with affiliates and agencies that will promote our brand, And push them to send more traffic
• Responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing affiliate relationships, working with them to identify areas of opportunity.
• Search for traffic brokers and negotiate with them to join our affiliate program.
• Constant monitoring existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance based on standards KPIs such as conversion rate/player value/ROI
• Daily interaction with numerous affiliates via phone, Skype, Slack and email.
• Management and document the balance with affiliates, Weekly, Monthly.
• Overseeing the budget in a smart way to maximize results.
• Send affiliates reports of the comments of Leads.
• Send affiliates weekly FTDs report.
• Manage Brand and network integrations (with programmers) of affiliates
• Responding to inquiries regarding affiliates, networks, and partners.
• Representing the company at industry-related conferences and trade shows when necessary.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience of 2 years as an affiliate manager in Forex/ Trading/ Finance.
• Vast experience recruiting new affiliates, creating affiliate programs and deals.
• End to end knowledge of all aspects in AFF marketing: Traffic sources, LP’s, Aff links, Affiliate software and network management.
• Strong technical background, with a detailed understanding of our product offerings.
• Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the business and develop strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party service providers.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, able of balancing multiple projects at once

• Working hours are 09:00 – 18:30 Monday to Friday 
• The role is located in Limassol, Cyprus
