we are looking to hire a Junior System Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage our CRM configuration such as general settings or company’s users’ access.

• Investigate an issue regarding our CRM and provide a solution.

• Perform routine audits of systems and resolve any problems identified.

• Identify a technical issue with a payment provider and communicate to resolve it.

• Organize upcoming deployments schedule.

• Administer the Company’s ticketing system and respond to staff requests in a timely manner.

• Communicate with various departments to determine needs and explain complex issues.

• Understand, maintain, and optimize the existing system’s database.

• Create efficient, optimized, and secure database tables, queries and stored procedures.

• Create database queries and structures required by the developers.

• Create various reports from the CRM.

• Test the quality of his/her work before submitting for deployment.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field

• Previous experience in a similar position will be a strong plus.

• Knowledge on MySQL will be considered as advantage.

• Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written

• Proactive and efficient with strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
