Head Of Cyprus Concierge
Requirements:
- Ability to work in Limassol
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in the travel industry
- Experience with Concierge business and operation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the business and develop strong
- working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and a quick take up on new tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
- An outgoing personality, common sense and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English + Another language; IT, ESP, RU… (Greek doesn't count)
Responsibilities for Guests
As Head of Concierge you will be responsible of all below activities, at first everything will be done firsthand, then the head if Concierge will also build a team under him to help him with:
- Provides information regarding areas, including directions, attractions, shopping,
- nightlife, or recreational opportunities.
- Arranges sightseeing and other tours.
- Acquires tickets to special events or makes reservations for clients at a variety of venues,
- including for dinner, recreation times (e.g., golf or tennis), or spa treatments.
- Runs appropriate errands for guests and picks up or delivers a variety of items.
- Provides a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with
- printing needs.
- Receives, stores, and/or delivers mail and luggage.
- Acquires daily care items such as toiletries, for guests and patrons.
- Plans and schedules special events, parties, or meetings.
- Fulfills unusual requests such as arranging for adventure experiences such as
- coordinating special moments for guests, and searching for hard-to-find items.
- Arranges for interpreters or translators when needed.
- Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of patrons, customers,
- guests, or employees.
Responsibilities For the Company
- Great interpersonal skills, as you are always 'on duty'.
- Develop network of contacts, service providers and businesses within their communities
- to serve guests
- Obtaining and negotiating quotations for local services and service providers.
- Prepare Office expense reports, collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences.
