The Creative Team Lead will work closely with a game studio including: Game artist - UX UI, Animators

2D/3D & Marketing under the company guidelines.

Responsibilities

Overseeing artists & deliver creative assets with a hands on position.

Mentoring artists, dilver stunning outcomes & communicating performance to the management.

Stay current on the latest design, trends, and tools within games, tools & events around the world.

Requirements

At least 5 years of industry experience on a studio - Gaming / Broudcast

Strong understanding of 2D & 3D principles and Concept principles

Positive attitude and a team player with good communication skills within the creative team.

Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite, Unity & 3D Tool (Maya, Blender C4D)

An excellent portfolio demonstrating strong shading, Color theory, and various graphic techniques &

design language. Experience with Monday or similar management tool.

The ability to work in a dynamic environment within tight schedules
