For a leading global investment platform that makes online trading and investing accessible to everyone we are looking for a seasoned VoIP engineer to support our global call centres as part of the IT team.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of SIP and RTP protocols

• Proven experience deploying, maintaining and customizing Asterisk based PBX systems

• Proven experience configuring custom contexts and dial plans

• Experience with a2billing, real time operator panels, or similar Asterisk modules

• Experience with VoIP monitoring tools

• Experience with SBC and VoIP security devices -- advantage

• Experience with Routers and Firewalls -- advantage
