For one of our clients, a digital marketing company based in Limassol, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key responsibilities of the position:

• Manage and supervise the Finance team.

• Report directly to the CEO

• Responsible for the budgetary planning

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.

• Prepare and submit all relevant reports as required.
  

• Monitoring of company capital adequacy monthly

• Oversee the payroll of the company and ensure all Social Insurance and Taxes are being paid.

• Support in accounting, taxation, and financial matters to the Company’s Management.

• Liaising with the Company’s Bankers

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the financial department in Limassol and supervising the reporting of the sister company located abroad.

Job requirements and competencies:

• University Degree in (Accounting/Finance/Economics)

• ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA Qualified

• Excellent use of Excel.
  

• Fluency in both English and Russian language

• Computer savvy

• Excellent organizational & communication skills

• Friendly & pleasant personality
