For one of our clients based in Limassol we are looking for a Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing compelling social media content that resonates with clients' target audiences. You'll work closely with clients, content creators, and other team members to develop and execute effective social media campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to the growth of our clients' online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with clients' marketing goals and target audiences.

. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

. Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, objectives, and industry trends to inform content creation.

. Plan and schedule social media posts using social media management tools.

. Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

. Monitor industry trends, social media platforms, and emerging technologies to stay updated with best practices and innovative approaches.

. Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

. Engage with influencers and partners for potential collaborations and partnerships.

. Stay up to date with changes in algorithms, trends, and social media platform updates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

. Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively manage client relationships.

. Familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
