Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in VoIP systems and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of VoIP telecommunication systems.
• Ensure optimal voice quality, system reliability, and scalability.
• Manage server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Monitor server performance, security, and capacity planning.
• Implement best practices for server virtualization and backup solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Implement data protection and disaster recovery plans.

• Administration Office 365.
• Setup and support Linux and Windows servers
• Troubleshooting on a corporate LAN.
• Network planning and configuration of network equipment.
• Administration and setup of VMware ESXi and VCenter.
• Administration of Azure AD and AD.
• Customer support for switches and routers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven IT management experience, focusing on VoIP and systems/server administration.
• Good English (written/spoken).
• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery procedures, systems performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching.
• Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure).
• Expertise in analyzing and repairing large-scale distributed systems; creating volumes and assigning them to servers; and remote replication.
