Responsibilities

• Coordinating with management, colleagues, and clients.

• Performing KYC and due diligence checks

• deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers

• Archiving of all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations, etc.)

• Processing of clients’ transactions in a timely manner and ensuring the best possible service

• Contact banks and financial providers

• Investigations of transactions that are pending or yet to be approved

• Reconciliation investigations

Requirements

• University graduate in Finance/Accounting or related field.

• At least 2 years of previous working experience in a similar role in the Financial/Forex Industry

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any additional language will be considered an advantage (preferably Arabic)

• Excellent communication skills

• Computer literate. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of the team

• Attention to detail skills and target oriented

• Resourceful and able to learn quickly, capable to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Be able to work on shifts – with at least one week from 12.00-21.00
