Requirements.

● Fluent in spoken and written English.

● At least 2 years of experience in a Payments role.

● Attention to detail.

● Expert skills in Excel and all Microsoft products, as well as google sheets.

● Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.

● Experience with the Cryptocurrencies world, payment methods and regulations.

● Strong Understanding of Major Crypto Exchange Dashboards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

● Preparation of Reports

● Manage Commissions charged by payment processors

● Handle Collateral retained by payment processors

● Manage Settlements made by payment processors

● Preparation of Balance between bank deposits and payment processors

● Chargeback Report

● Weekly and monthly cash flow reports

● Audit all transactions in the company and approve them as well in the PSP dashboard.

● PSP risk control

● Report and follow receiving settlements from the PSPs: amounts and on time.

● Warn (put a red flag) when there is a PSP at high risk according to company guidelines.

● Analysis of Marketing results

● Analyzing deposits to reduce the risk of Fraud and chargebacks.

● Analyzing clients' accounts for duplicate, abuse, and optimization.

● Analyzing the reporting system and producing information.

● Liaising with other departments as required to resolve any payment issues.

● Reporting findings and feedback to senior management and other internal stakeholders.
