Banking & payment Senior officer

requirements for the candidate:

Ensuring that bank transactions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Developing, updating, and enforcing the internal policies to comply with legal standards.

Responsible for opening and closing bank accounts.

Working closely with banking partners to respond to all compliance requests.

Identifying and assessing the risks associated with the bank transactions.

Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Preparing reports for management as required.

Investigating and resolving potential compliance issues or breaches, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Liaising with regulatory authorities and stakeholders on compliance-related matters.

Staying informed about the evolving regulatory landscape and best practices in banking compliance.
