Job Title: Business Development Account Manager (clients from Sweden/France/Czech Republic)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Our client, a leading global financial services company, is seeking a proactive and talented Business Development Account Manager to join their team and focus on expanding their presence in the above-mentioned regions. This full-time, in-office position requires a candidate with a strong sales background, proven partnership creation skills, and a deep understanding of the specific market.
Key responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to drive growth and expand the company's presence in the above-mentioned regions
● Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners, including financial institutions, fintech companies, and other industry stakeholders
● Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with company objectives and contribute to long-term success
● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and partners
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships in the region
● Prepare and deliver reports on account management activities, performance metrics, and insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
● Some experience in business development, account management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the financial services industry
● Proven track record of creating and maintaining successful partnerships and driving business growth
● Excellent understanding of the specific market, including key players, trends, and opportunities
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
● Native in the language-specific needed (Swedish, French, Chech)
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
● Preference for candidates who are citizens of Sweden, France, and the Czech Republic.
