Customer Support Representative
For a financial services company we are looking for a Customer Support Representative native in Spanish language.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being a member of a goal-oriented team, then you are fit for the role!
Responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail, and phone
- Answering clients’ requests
- Promoting products and services to clients
- Optimize customers’ satisfaction.
- Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients’ needs.
- Maintaining professionalism in all instances
Requirements:
- Spanish speaker
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Computer literacy & good typing skills.
- Previous customer support experience will be considered a plus.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to work on shifts rotation.
