Portuguese Customer Support Representative
For a well establish I-gaming company we are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Portuguese Customer Support Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail, and phone
- Answering clients’ requests
- Promoting products and services to clients
- Optimize customers’ satisfaction.
- Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients’ needs
- Maintaining professionalism in all instances
Requirements:
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in English
- Native Portuguese language proficiency
- (5 day shifts)-12:00 – 20:00 and 18:00 – 02:00
- Attention to detail and quality of work.
- Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
- European citizenship
